Job Title: Project Manager / Business Analyst - w/Power BI Location: Remote Duration: 12 months - possible CTHJob Description: Power BI experience is required- they will be using this to create proof of concept visualizations. Mockups. Work with stakeholders to illustrate mapping between areas of NFP, without having to go through UI/UX.

Essential Responsibilities and Requirements - Work with developers to supplement requirement definition in consideration of technology constraints
- Act as the subject matter expert to clarify developer inquiries during the development phase and provide on-going expertise to the business stakeholder
- Create release notes in coordination with the development team
- Formalize product feature documentation there by creating EPICs, Features, and User Stories in Azure DevOps (ADO)
- Influences business process improvements / product roadmap
- Assists Engineers in debugging / troubleshooting issues involving data or the accuracy of data, in day-to-day work and production support scenarios
- Researches external systems as needed to reverse engineer or understand their function through data extraction and validation
Experience: - A minium of 5 years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or Systems Analyst role
- 3 years of project management duties
- Must have a least 3 years of Power BI experience
- Strong experience in a software development environment
- Comprehensive knowledge of Agile / Scrum and project management tools
- Proven experience with use case diagrams and process flow creation
- Exceptional written and verbal communications skills are a must as documentation and discussion facilitation are a core part of the role
- Experience in product support in a professional setting
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Microsoft products, and ServiceNow
