Our client, a leader in sustainable development, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the Codes, Products, and Standards department supporting initiatives aimed at advancing carbon-neutral buildings at municipal level. You will be collaborating with Municipalities in implementing and adapting new building codes for energy efficiency. Job Title: Project Manager Location : New York State (Anywhere) requires travel to upstate NY region Pay Range: $55-$65/HR What's the Job?
• Support strategies to develop and deploy programs that enhance code advancement and compliance to improve building outcomes.
• Manage consultant and municipal contracts to ensure successful project execution and prudent resource use.
• Develop collaborative relationships with key stakeholders in the codes and zoning ecosystem.
• Quantify and document program activities, assessing progress against established goals.
• Represent the organization in collaborative efforts with public and private entities. What's Needed?
• 7-10 years of experience in codes, local government processes, and regulatory proceedings.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable language for diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated track record of advancing innovative strategies and policies from concept to implementation.
• Strong planning and critical thinking skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree or relevant certifications preferred. What's in it for me?
