We are seeking a seasoned and visionary leader with extensive experience in Agile methodologies and a proven track record of building processes, driving organizational change, and managing multiple projects concurrently. As the Lead Project Manager of Business Intelligence Enablement at R1 RCM, you will oversee and guide a high-performing team, ensuring alignment between stakeholders and developers while driving strategic initiatives that create scale and measurable value. This role requires exceptional leadership, process development expertise, and the ability to foster collaboration across departments.
Here's what you will experience working as a Lead Project Manager - BI Enablement : Strategic Leadership: - Define and execute the strategic vision for the Business Intelligence Enablement team, aligning with organizational goals.
- Lead the development and implementation of scalable processes to enhance team efficiency and project delivery.
- Serve as a key influencer in driving business behavior change through data-driven insights and project outcomes.
Agile Expertise and Process Development: - Champion Agile methodologies across the department, ensuring best practices are followed to maximize team productivity.
- Build and refine processes that enable seamless collaboration between stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams.
- Continuously assess and improve workflows to adapt to evolving business needs.
- Oversee the successful execution of multiple concurrent projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to project managers, ensuring alignment with project goals and organizational priorities.
- Monitor project portfolios, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth delivery.
Cross-functional Collaboration: - Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams, fostering open communication and collaboration.
- Partner with other departments to ensure development work integrates seamlessly with broader organizational initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
Team Development and Leadership: - Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of project managers and other professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Provide performance feedback, identify development opportunities, and support career growth for team members.
- Promote a collaborative and inclusive working environment that encourages creativity and accountability.
Value Creation and Impact: - Drive initiatives that deliver measurable business value and align with the goals of the Business Intelligence department.
- Ensure projects are not only completed successfully but also contribute to the broader strategic objectives of R1 RCM.
- Leverage data and insights to influence decision-making and business strategies.
Required Skills: - Ideally 7+ years of experience in project and portfolio management, with years in a leadership role.
- Extensive experience with Agile methodologies and process development.
- Proven ability to manage and deliver multiple complex projects concurrently.
- Strong understanding of DevOps practices and their integration into project workflows.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams in a dynamic environment.
- A track record of driving business behavior change and delivering strategic value through effective project management.
For this US-based position, the base pay range is $84,456.00 - $139,823.91 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 10.00%
