Piper Companies is looking for a
Project Manager Assistant to join an industrial manufacturing company. This is
fully onsite in the
Waukesha or Brookfield, WI area. Essential Duties of the
Project Manager Assistant: - Assist Project Managers with various tasks to fulfill project requirements. May serve as contact for Project Manager in their absence.
- Coordinate with departments to ensure on-time delivery of contract deliverables.
- Perform Order Entry activities for new orders.
- Obtain, review and update vendor schedules, reports, and manual information.
- Confirms receipt/shipment of documentation and equipment and assists as necessary in the recording of this information into the purchasing/inventory system.
Qualifications of the
Project Manager Assistant: - GED, high school diploma, associate degree, or bachelor's degree
- Experience in data management tools like Excel or Power BI required.
- Strong communication skills, highly organized, and a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Preference to have industrial manufacturing experience.
Compensation for the
Project Manager Assistant: - $55,000 to $60,000 (based on experience)
