Life Time Property Development, Construction, is the innovative and vertically integrated in-house Construction Division. Position Summary As a Project Manager based out of our Corporate Office, you are responsible and accountable for ensuring that each project meets the goal of being first in class, on schedule, at or below budget, safe, and promotes teamwork, communication, leadership and customer satisfaction. The Project Manager is the direct point person for the duration of the project with internal and external relationships to ensure the quality of care is executed. Job Duties and Responsibilities Identifies the scope of the project, the roles and responsibilities of the teams, and manages the project to be delivered successfully Negotiates with subcontractors and suppliers on all issues affecting cost, schedule, and quality as directed Sr. Project Management staff Manages project closeouts and ensures all warranties and closeout documents are submitted properly and timely by 90 days following the Grand Opening Completes projects on or under the established Guarantee Maximum Price (GMP) budget Manages all project costs throughout the duration of the project lifecycle Manages subcontractor performance and ensures that back charges are managed properly and costs are recovered Ensures work is performed on sites in accordance with OSHA and Life Time Construction standards Identifies, investigates, and resolves any issues that could possibly affect the quality of the project Manages any warranty issues for the first year of the club operations and schedules 11 month walk-throughs to identify warranty items Participates in large processes and policy discussions to help the company continually adapt to the changing market Position Requirements Ability to travel 20-50% or as required 3-5 years of construction experience 2-4 years of leadership experience 2 year degree (construction management preferred) Pay This is a salaried position starting at $105,000.00 and pays up to $145,000.00, based on experience and qualifications. In addition, this role is eligible for bonuses based on performance metrics.
