Project Management Lead with Security Clearance

Amentum is currently seeking a Project Management Lead in Northern, Virginia. This position is subject to position availability and approval. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating projects to repair, alter and renovate building structure and installed equipment, and supervise a multi-disciplined construction workforce performing work on multiple projects simultaneously. Essential Responsibilities:
Leads operations of the project management group under the general guidance of the PM. Plans and manages the work efforts of task team personnel, determining and monitoring subtask schedules and budgets, and ensuring compliance with all contract and project requirements and quality standards pertaining to the task/subtask. Interfaces with customer personnel in work performance. Demonstrates skills in the scope of work encompassed by the task/subtask; provides technical guidance to the task team in performance of the work; and provides quality review of all work products. Assists the PM by managing overall projects performance. Minimum Position Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
The Project Management Lead shall possess, as a minimum: Seven years' experience managing a multitude of facilities, sustainment, renovation, and modernization projects within established cost, schedule, and technical performance baselines. Seven years' experience with operation of commercial and/or Government facilities. Experience with advising, guiding, and coordinating with customers. To include acquiring, documenting renovation and repair requirements accurately. Knowledge of Computer Aided Design & Drafting (CADD) software for space utilization and shop drawing development. Experience with Microsoft Project for scheduling. Experience working with Architectural and Design personnel. Working knowledge of Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 705 and all applicable codes and regulations. Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required at time of application Preferred Position Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
It is preferred that the Project Management Lead possess experience in the following: Fifteen years' experience managing a multitude of facilities, sustainment, renovation, and modernization projects within established cost, schedule, and technical performance baselines. Work Environment, Physical Demands, and Mental Demands:
Typical office environment with no unusual hazards, occasional lifting to 20 pounds, constant sitting while using the computer terminal, constant use of sight abilities while reviewing documents, constant use of speech/hearing abilities for communication, constant mental alertness, must possess planning/organizing skills, and must be able to work under deadlines.
