Field Operations Specialist Garage Door & Opener Installation Support

Banko Overhead Doors is growing, and were looking for a Field Operations Specialist to join our industry-leading team. This role supports our Project Management department with garage door opener installations, site inspections, warranty services, and priority repair or replacement projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Field Inspections & Install Prep
- Conduct job site evaluations for measurements, wiring, framing, and site readiness.
- Complete Check & Measure (CAM) and Site Readiness forms.
- Upload detailed photos and notes using Company Cam.
- Collaborate with contractors, builders, and superintendents to ensure smooth installation prep.
Customer Estimates & Quoting
- Review technician notes and photos to prepare priority repair quotes.
- Contact homeowners within 2448 hours to discuss parts, labor, and timelines.
- Use templates and pricing tools to generate professional quotes.
- Communicate lead times and collect deposits to initiate scheduling.
Installation & Warranty Support
- Assist with priority White Glove installations as a second technician.
- Inspect and verify incoming materials for damage or repair needs.
- Handle homeowner warranty service calls with professionalism and care.
- Complete all related forms and follow-up communications.
What Were Looking For:
- Field service experience (garage door or construction background a plus)
- Comfortable working in active construction sites and with hand tools
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented and proactive problem solver
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and adapt to changing schedules
Requirements:
- Clean driving record (3 years)
- Able to pass background and drug screening
- Must be able to lift 70+ lbs and work outdoors in Florida conditions
- Full-time availability, with flexibility to support urgent project needs
