Job Summary The Project Management Associate Analyst is responsible for developing, executing, and managing marketing and product training materials, supporting product launch strategies, and tracking commercial projects. This role requires strong project management skills, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and expertise in marketing concepts and industry analysis.
Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute the production of marketing and product training materials.
- Collaborate with Product/Brand managers to create product materials and programs that support launch and commercialization strategies.
- Work with the marketing team to develop regional strategy-based marketing messages.
- Manage sales enablement tools and oversee the digital warehouse of literature and assets.
- Lead project management, tracking, and execution of commercial projects, ensuring detailed account tracking.
- Oversee product samples and marketing collateral, including forecasting, storage, and distribution.
Required Qualifications - Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proven expertise in MS Office Suite (presentation development skills a plus).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal relationship-building abilities.
- Experience in sales, marketing, or the healthcare industry (preferred).
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and investigative skills.
- Understanding of market share tracking, pricing strategies, ASPs, and competitive dynamics (a plus).
- Knowledge of marketing concepts and principles.
- Ability to interact professionally with individuals at all organizational levels.
- Skilled in managing competing priorities within a fast-paced environment.
- Capable of working within a team environment alongside a global marketing team and cross-functional partners.
