The Foreign Disclosure Representative position will be on a dynamic team, supporting AUKUS. Bring your expertise and collaborative skills to make a positive impact on our military defense and the safety of our sailors. This position is contingent upon your ability to maintain your current DOD Secret level Security Clearance and upon Prime Contractor approval Senior Manager of the AUKUS program, brings comprehensive expertise across all aspects of submarine operations - including command, acquisition, maintenance, and international collaboration. In this role, you will: Assist the Foreign Disclosure Officer (FDO) in evaluating and processing requests for the release of CMI and CUI to AUKUS partners, ensuring compliance with NDP-1, DoD directives, and USN's Foreign Disclosure Manual Analyze and update TSFD policy solutions to support AUKUS I&A security cooperation efforts across all program phases, ensuring compliance with U.S. export control laws, ITAR, and AECA Support creating and maintaining USN TTSARB decisions, supporting the AUKUS partnership by assessing and facilitating technology transfer approvals in alignment with DoD security policy and national defense objectives Analyze all aspects of international policy and agreements related to the sale and transfer of U.S. submarine technology, including articles, services, and data, ensuring alignment with AUKUS security goals Support coordination with NAVSEA, DSCA, NIPO, DTSA, OPNAV N3/N5, OSD, and foreign embassy personnel to facilitate authorized TSFD processes under existing security cooperation agreements Support conducting security policy reviews and provide research, analysis, and recommendations for International Programs, including Armaments Cooperative Projects (ACP), MOUs, IEAs, and DEAs Support providing training and guidance to AUKUS I&A personnel on foreign disclosure procedures, security cooperation policies, classification markings, and safeguarding of sensitive information, ensuring whole-of-program compliance with applicable U.S. and international regulations Monitor and assess compliance with foreign disclosure policies, conducting periodic audits and risk assessments, recommending corrective actions, and maintaining comprehensive records of disclosure decisions in alignment with U.S. national security policies Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting agendas for senior leadership, facilitating decision-making on technology security, foreign disclosure matters, export controls, and security cooperation initiatives supporting the AUKUS partnership Qualifications To be Successful in this role, you will have: Required: Outstanding oral and written communications skills Required: Customer-oriented team leader Required: a Secret clearance Required: Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience/certifications Required: 5-7 years professional experience in program/project management Required: 5-7 years of FMS, ITAR, AECA experience 10% travel required If you feel your skillset is a match to the aforementioned requirements, then you should be ready to take the next step of your career path, apply today.
