Job Title - Project Lead
Location - Liberty, NC
Duration - 12 Months
Work Schedule: M - F
Pay Range: $40-42 per hour
Job Summary:
- Manage a team of contract-based translators, ensuring the deployment of translation resources across the battery PE teams
- Ensure a clear systemic approach and visualization of translator resources, escalating concerns for resolution
- Interface with the translator companies, ensuring on-time purchase order issuance and invoice payment
- Manage the office trailer location, handling all related items to the function and maintenance of the office location
- The candidate will be doing a lot of presentations, documentation and vendor management.
- Manage all related vendors to the office location
- Office trailer rental and maintenance,
- Office trailer restroom rental and maintenance
- Office trailer location power equipment rental and maintenance
- Vendor sourcing and interface for all related items above
- Vendor sourcing and interface for all cleaning activity
- Vendor sourcing and interface for grounds maintenance
- Audit / Verify / Take action for entire office trailer related items
- Plan / implement office locations improvement activities as needed
- Plan future temporary office locations, get executive agreement (similar to current trailer office location), and implement
- Analyze problem areas within the office management methods and develop standard approach to office location management
Requirements:
- 2yr. Associates or Technical Degree with experience in a construction environment or technical field or (5+ years equivalent experience)
- Experience in detail schedule creation and utilization for projects
- Experience with vendor management, including budgeting and invoice payments (Ariba / SAP experience a plus)
- Experience managing a larger team (20+)
- AutoCAD experience, including the ability to read, interpret and modify 2D drawings a plus
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed (approx. 30% OT), including on-call conditions for emergency office concerns
