Job DetailsWe are seeking a dynamic, experienced and dedicated Project Executive to join our senior leadership team. This role is pivotal in leading, managing, and coordinating all phases of construction projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. If you have a passion for construction, a keen eye for detail, and a proven track record in project management, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, design, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.
2. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards, including OSHA requirements.
3. Lead and motivate project teams to deliver high-quality work, on time and within budget.
4. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure project plans and specifications are accurately executed.
5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project operations.
6. Manage risks and resolve issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
7. Ensure effective communication and reporting to stakeholders on project progress, risks, and changes.
8. Drive business development efforts, including identifying new opportunities, preparing bids, and securing contracts.
9. Continuously monitor industry trends, technologies, and regulations to ensure the company remains competitive and compliant.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
2. Minimum of 15 years of experience in construction management in a variety of markets and project types.
3. Proven track record of successful project management.
4. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
5. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards project completion.
6. Strong business development skills, with a track record of identifying and securing new project opportunities.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
8. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
9. PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.
10. Ability to travel as required for project needs.
