Description

  • Assume a pivotal leadership role within the office, guiding a team of seasoned professionals in delivering exceptional construction projects that redefine excellence.
  • Spearhead the pursuit and acquisition of high-profile education, industrial, and commercial projects, leveraging your strategic acumen and industry connections.
  • Mentor and lead project teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and nurture long-lasting relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners, solidifying the company's reputation as a trusted and respected partner.
  • Oversee complex project lifecycles, ensuring seamless execution, adherence to quality standards, and client satisfaction.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in the construction industry, with a proven track record of leading and delivering large-scale, complex projects.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing education, industrial, and commercial construction projects.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve extraordinary results.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with a talent for identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of construction methodologies, industry best practices, and regulatory compliance.
  • Unwavering commitment to promoting a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Job Offer

  • Highly competitive base salary ranging from $150,000 to $170,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
