Project Executive - HVAC Leadership Sales Focus
Salary: Up to $150,000 base bonus potential
Location: Must be local to the Chicagoland area

This is a strategic leadership role for someone ready to guide teams, support business development, and take responsibility for client success. Your role will include:
Acting as the primary executive on key commercial HVAC projects
Overseeing project managers, estimators, and field leadership
Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, GCs, and developers
Supporting preconstruction, conceptual budgeting, and proposal strategy
Driving repeat business through quality execution and proactive communication
What you bring:
10 years in HVAC project management or executive-level roles
Experience leading teams and managing multiple active projects
Strong sales or client-facing experience in the mechanical space
Strategic thinker with hands-on knowledge of operations
Local network and understanding of Chicagoland's commercial market
