ABOUT US: Snowcreek Consulting is a small government subcontractor with a dedicated team supporting federal contracts. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Project Execution Manager to lead IT project delivery within a Department of Defense (DoD) environment. JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for a seasoned Project Execution Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of complex IT projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing project teams, meeting deadlines, and ensuring compliance with DoD IT standards. This role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and excellent communication skills. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex IT projects in accordance with scope, schedule, and budget.
• Mentor, manage, and support a diverse team of project professionals, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain essential project documentation, including project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk management strategies.
• Identify and mitigate risks using standard project risk management processes, ensuring alignment with DoD IT compliance requirements.
• Maintain consistent and clear communication with stakeholders through regular project updates, issue resolution, and financial tracking. QUALIFICATIONS:
• Security Clearance: Active DoD Secret security clearance required.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field. EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Lead Project Manager.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a DoD IT environment.
• Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification required.
• Leadership: Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex IT projects.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively manage stakeholder expectations.
