We are seeking an experienced Low Voltage Motor Control Center (MCC) Trainer to deliver technical training to our project engineering team. The trainer will design, develop, and conduct training sessions on the design, operation, troubleshooting, and application of low voltage MCCs to enhance the team's knowledge and skills for project execution.
Key Responsibilities: - Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on low voltage MCC systems, including design principles, components, and applications.
- Train engineers on standards, codes, and best practices for MCC systems in project design and execution.
- Provide hands-on sessions covering installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Tailor training content to meet team skill levels and project requirements.
- Assess trainee progress and provide feedback or additional resources as needed.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of MCC technologies, including smart motor control systems and integration with automation.
- Collaborate with management to align training with project goals and team skill gaps.
- Proven experience with low voltage MCC design, application, and maintenance.
- Strong understanding of electrical codes (e.g., NEC, IEC) and safety standards.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and instructional skills.
- Experience in training or mentoring technical teams preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is a plus.
Key Skills: - Expertise in low voltage MCC systems and components (e.g., breakers, starters, VFDs).
- Proficiency in interpreting electrical schematics and layouts.
- Knowledge of industrial automation and communication protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Modbus).
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting techniques
