We are seeking a talented and driven Project Engineer to play a vital role in the successful delivery of our construction projects. This position demands a professional who can ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Ideal candidates will excel in a collaborative environment and demonstrate strong leadership skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all stages of construction projects, ensuring compliance with performance, quality, and budgetary goals.

  • Provide technical guidance, including design assessments, constructability reviews, and preparation of submittal packages and preliminary scheduling.

  • Work closely with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors to maintain schedules and manage project costs effectively.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders.

  • Lead procurement activities, focusing on material selection and vendor coordination.

  • Review and approve shop drawings and other technical submissions.

  • Participate actively in project meetings, contributing to the projects overall success.


Qualifications:

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry standards. Proficiency in project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, and AutoCAD is essential.

  • Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with strong communication and teamwork abilities. Capacity to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

  • Other Requirements: Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
