EECO, a brand of Hyperion Solutions, is a leading provider of systems and components for hydraulic elevators, located in Richmond, Indiana. We are seeking a Project Sales Engineer to join our Customer Care team. Reporting to the Manager, Customer Care, the Project Engineer provides the technical expertise required to quote new and replacement hydraulic systems and components for our customers. Primary Responsibilities:
• Technical Expertise and Product Knowledge: o Size, select, and run calculations to identify the best fit equipment for customers' applications o Pursue increasing knowledge of our products, industry, markets and competitors
• Sales and Proposal Management: o Create and process proposals and sales orders in accordance with the company's best practices o Develop and optimize customer relations through regular sales communications o Expand the company's customer database using Salesforce CRM
• Customer Support and Issue Resolution: o Assist with the resolution of customer issues, problems or complaints o Collaborate with the Field Sales and Warranty teams
• Cross Functional Collaboration: o Coordinate with the Operations and Supply Chain teams to ensure on time delivery o Attend and participate in company meetings
• Reporting and Administrative Tasks: o Produce periodic summaries and other reports or lists as requested by management
• Perform all other duties as assigned Job Requirements:
• High School Diploma: Associates or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred
• Three or more years of configured industrial product sales experience preferred
• Must have prompt and regular attendance, a sense of urgency, self-motivation, and discipline
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and Windows OS including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, popular web browsers and search engines, familiarity with ERP systems preferred
• Experience with Salesforce, Tableau or other analytics platforms preferred; CAD experience strongly preferred Capabilities:
