Description
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate construction project activities to meet deadlines
- Prepare and present technical and progress reports
- Implement cost-effective solutions and project management techniques throughout the entire project life cycle
- Comply with legal requirements, building and safety codes, and other regulations
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Ensure the project stays within the budget and on schedule
- Assist project managers as needed
Profile
- A degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Experience in project management or related field
- Strong understanding of construction procedures, material, and project management principles
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- A team player attitude with leadership abilities
