Description
- Assist in project planning - support pre-construction activities, document reviews, and scheduling
- Coordinate with stakeholders - interface with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Manage documentation - track RFIs, submittals, permits, drawings, and project logs
- Support field operations - collaborate with superintendents to resolve on-site issues and ensure quality
- Monitor budgets and schedules - help manage cost tracking and progress reports
- Ensure compliance - assist in enforcing safety regulations and building codes
- Problem-solving - identify and address project-related challenges quickly
Profile
- 1+ year experience in multifamily construction
- Well established tenure
- Complete understanding of the construction process
- Excellent communication skills with various parties including management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and clients
- Self-motivated
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Willing to take on multiple responsibilities and complete a variety of tasks to complete projects on time
