Description
- Develop, coordinate, and monitor all aspects of the construction project
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to determine the specifications of the project
- Prepare and present project updates to relevant stakeholders
- Ensure project is completed within the designated time line
- Manage project budget and procure necessary resources
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Coordinate with subcontractors and handle contractual agreements
- Conduct project post-mortems and create recommendations for future projects
Profile
A successful Project Engineer should have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience in project management and team leadership
- Excellent knowledge of design and visualisation software
- Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, regulatory approvals etc
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work with multiple discipline projects
