Rate: 75-110k (based on experience)
Position: Project Engineer
Location: On Site -5 days a week in Merrillville, IN
Bonus Commission Structure: Up to 20% of salary, based on project performance and overall company performance
Interview Process: 2 rounds
Must Haves:
- Degree in Construction Engineering, Technology, or equivalent
- 1-5 Years experience as a PE - Water and wastewater preferred
- Experience with Scheduling and surveying layouts
- Experience with CAD and Revit (any version)
Plusses:
- Proficiency in computer applications (Procore experience preferred)
- Ability to be coached and mentored by Operations Leaders
- Have proven experience in adhering to safety, quality, schedule, cost and client expectations
- Certifications/Licenses: CSP, OSHA Training
