Petticoat-Schmitt Civil Contractors is hiring a Project Director to oversee multiple construction projects, leading Project Managers, Superintendents, and support staff for their Water Resources projects. This role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and at the higherst quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor project teams, setting goals and expectations
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, and budgeting
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success
- Foster strong client relationships and represent PSCC in key decisions
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiency
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of construction project management experience, with 5+ years in leadership
- Strong strategic, budgeting, and communication skills
- PMP, CCM, or similar certifications are a plus
