Job Summary:
ASSESS CURRENT VOCATIONAL REHABILITATION INTERNAL BUSINESS PROCESSES TO IDENTIFY OPPORTUNITIES TO STREAMLINE AND IMPROVE SERVICES.
Note:
- Must have a Master's Degree and 2 Certifications as listed below.
- Must have government experience
Responsibilities:
- Consulting and project management services to identify and implement business process improvements for Vocational Rehabilitation services.
Assess Needs
- Perform data analysis to identify agency needs and priorities.
- Conduct staff surveys to identify gaps in processes, inefficiencies, and needs.
- Hold consultation hours with staff to assess current Vocational Rehabilitation processes.
- Recommend Process Improvements
- Utilize strong knowledge of applicable federal regulations for Vocational Rehabilitation to make actionable recommendations for process improvements, including prioritizing changes and identifying necessary new or revised documentation.
- Assess potential impacts and risks of recommended process changes.
- Draft a final assessment and recommendations report.
- Implement Process Improvements
- Provide project management services to develop a timeline, implementation plan, and communication plan.
- Coordinate with administration teams on documentation revisions.
- With staff, implement lean process strategies to streamline business processes and improve services.
- Provide support and training to staff during implementation of process changes/improvements.
