Title: Project Development Manager - Reispopack

Reporting Structure: Reports to Americas Region, Business Director - Movitec and Reisopack
EAM-Mosca Corp, a dynamic innovation driven market leader in the area of end of line packaging automation is seeking to hire a Project Development Manager for its growing Reisopack business. The individual in this role will be responsible for leading Reisopack machine projects as well as providing technical and administrative support in the Reisopack sales cycle.

The key to the ongoing success of the business is a system-based sales portfolio featuring standard/custom engineered packaging machinery solutions and a consumable packaging product; complimented by quality technical service and readily available aftermarket parts.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Lead project development of Reisopack machine projects together with Regional Sales Managers (US, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, and others).
    • Collaborate with customers to develop solutions, ensuring product meets technical specifications, performance expectations, and budget constraints
    • Collaborate with Engineering and Regional Sales Managers to clearly document machine project requirements and specifications.
  • Participate in on-site project meetings, as necessary, to ensure project alignment.
  • Respond to RFQ s, generate costing, provide and follow-up on quotations via CRM tools.
  • Acts as Reisopack Subject-Matter-Expert
    • Provides technical project assessment
    • Provides technical support to internal and external customers. Follow issues through to resolution or escalates as appropriate.
    • Deliver technical sales presentations and product demonstrations to clients
  • Research, evaluate, and develop new strategies and processes to enhance project efficiency
  • Organize and maintain CRM pipeline data; Keep forecasting current.
  • Create and maintain administrative support documents and project files.
Profile and Background:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred; Will consider experience in Engineering related project management in lieu of degree.
  • 3- 5 years of Engineering Project Management, preferably with an OEM. Commercial experience with packaging machinery or packaging engineering experience a plus.
  • Ability to comprehend complex technical information and present it in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Must be Bi-lingual (English & Spanish), more languages welcome;
  • Ability to successfully complete a general mechanical assessment authored in Spanish.
  • Understanding of economical gross margin and ROI calculations
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • Experience with CRM tools - prefer experience in Salesforce
  • Ability to travel (inter)nationally
  • Well versed with MS-Office applications particularly Excel & PowerPoint
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

  • USA (near Hazle Township, PA headquarters preferred, remote work possible with initial training period at Hazle Township headquarters)
Travel:
  • Possible travel 10-15% (trade shows, site visits)
