Developer to join our clients' award-winning, employee-owned design-build team.
What You'll Do
As a Sales Professional / Project Developer, you will:
- Own the pre-construction process from initial lead to project handoff, ensuring accurate estimating and seamless client experiences.
- Conduct on-site consultations and manage relationships with clients, vendors, and trade partners throughout the lifecycle of each project.
- Estimate and develop proposals, scopes of work, contracts, and construction documents in collaboration with designers, project managers, and internal teams.
- Ensure financial success of projects by managing job costs, vendor quotes, allowances, invoicing, and client payments.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and remove process bottlenecks, support production during construction, and help onboard trade partners.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and serve as a trusted advisor to homeowners throughout their remodeling journey.
Who You Are
You're not just a salesperson - you're a strategic thinker and proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
You bring:
- 3+ years of experience in residential construction sales, estimating, or project development (education may substitute for experience).
- Deep knowledge of construction processes and remodeling industry standards.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills - on the phone, via email, and face-to-face.
- High attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A self-starter mindset with high business and financial acumen.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with estimating or CRM software is a plus.

General Description: Receives assigned leads from Sales Manager and gathers necessary information in order to either quote or decline opportunity to quote. Follow sales process outlined by Sales Manager and Sandler Training. Is responsible for the development and accurate estimating of the project. They own the pre-construction process up until hand off to the field. They ensure quality projects are created, keeping customer service and accuracy top of mind. Ultimately, they are responsible for the successful execution of projects that they have developed by filling the role of Project Developer as well as Sales Professional.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $45,000-$55,000 (based on experience), plus commission
- PTO: 2 weeks + major holidays
