We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Project Coordinator to join a dynamic general contractor specializing in retail fit-out projects across Florida and neighboring states. This position is based out of the company's office in Boca Raton, FL, supporting project teams in delivering high-quality build-outs for national retail brands.

Description


  • Provide day-to-day project support to Project Managers and Field Superintendents

  • Coordinate project documentation, including contracts, submittals, permits, and RFIs

  • Maintain project schedules and communicate deadlines with subcontractors and suppliers

  • Assist with project budgeting, change orders, and billing processes

  • Ensure accurate and timely communication between internal teams, clients, and vendors

  • Track procurement and delivery of materials to ensure on-time site readiness

  • Support close-out documentation and warranty processes at project completion


Profile


  • 2+ years of experience in a construction coordinator or related support role, preferably in retail/commercial projects

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with a proactive mindset

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Procore or similar project management software is a plus

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Based locally or willing to commute daily to the Boca Raton office
