The Role
Location: Office-based role, Corby
Working Hours: 37.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday (flexible to meet customer and manufacturing demands)

We re looking for a dynamic and customer-focused POS Display Project Coordinator to help manage the progression of projects from concept to delivery while working collaboratively with internal teams and customers. The Purpose of the Role:
- Project Coordination: Take the lead in receiving and coordinating POS Display project requirements from customers. Guide projects from concept approval all the way to final delivery, ensuring deadlines and customer expectations are met.
- Customer Liaison: Handle all customer queries, ensuring information is collated, problems are resolved, and customers feel supported throughout their journey.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with departments such as Production, Design, Studio, and Finance to meet customer needs and deadlines.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain and promote a customer-focused approach, ensuring quality systems are adhered to, and gather feedback to drive improvements.
- Health & Safety: Engage in Health and Safety processes, ensuring a safe and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level customer service support to customers and Account Managers.
- Manage POS Display projects from initial inquiry to final delivery, ensuring accurate sales orders and clear communication.
- Collaborate with the production team to manage lead times and project details.
- Create detailed design briefs for the Design & Colours Teams, ensuring all customer requirements are understood and met.
- Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service.
- Support the Sales Team to expand the company s presence in both existing and new markets.

- Team Player: You re able to collaborate with different teams, but also take initiative when required.
- Experience and Skills:
- Ability to thrive in a customer-facing role with demanding deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent numeracy and strong work ethic.
- Qualifications: Minimum A-level education.
