The Role
As Project Coordinator, you ll be embedded within a dynamic development team, providing hands-on support to keep project activities on track. Reporting to the PMO Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining momentum, ensuring clear communication across stakeholders, and supporting agile working practices.
Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate and up-to-date sprint boards, tracking progress across critical tasks and milestones.

Log and escalate blockers to technical leads and project managers as needed.

Schedule and facilitate regular ceremonies including stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos.

Monitor development deliverables and track them against agreed timelines and sprint goals.

Act as the communication bridge across a cross-functional team, ensuring alignment and visibility of progress.
About You

Experience coordinating in an agile or fast-paced technical environment, preferably within software, engineering, or product development.

Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and stay ahead of key deliverables.

Excellent verbal and written communication, comfortable engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

A proactive and collaborative mindset, always looking to unblock progress and improve team efficiency.

Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar is desirable.
