Project Coordinator - Development Team Oxfordshire (Hybrid Working)
6-Month Fixed-Term Contract

An innovative and fast-growing organisation based in Oxfordshire is looking for a Project Coordinator to support one of its leading green technology programmes. This is a hybrid role, blending flexibility with collaborative on-site working.

The Role
As Project Coordinator, you ll be embedded within a dynamic development team, providing hands-on support to keep project activities on track. Reporting to the PMO Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining momentum, ensuring clear communication across stakeholders, and supporting agile working practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sprint boards, tracking progress across critical tasks and milestones.

  • Log and escalate blockers to technical leads and project managers as needed.

  • Schedule and facilitate regular ceremonies including stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos.

  • Monitor development deliverables and track them against agreed timelines and sprint goals.

  • Act as the communication bridge across a cross-functional team, ensuring alignment and visibility of progress.

About You

  • Experience coordinating in an agile or fast-paced technical environment, preferably within software, engineering, or product development.

  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and stay ahead of key deliverables.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication, comfortable engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • A proactive and collaborative mindset, always looking to unblock progress and improve team efficiency.

  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar is desirable.

Contract Details

  • Duration: 6-month fixed-term contract (with potential for extension)

  • Location: Oxfordshire (hybrid working mix of remote and on-site)

  • Competitive salary or day rate, depending on experience
