We've got what you're looking for. Job Description: Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you'll have the privilege of working on the premier Infrastructure project in the Country, as well as receive all of the benefits of working for Parsons. This Program is the most Urgent infrastructure program in the country - a comprehensive set of rail investments that will improve commuter and intercity services, add needed resiliency and, in its later stages, create new capacity between Newark NJ and NYC. Program background The Gateway Program is the most urgent infrastructure program in the country - a comprehensive set of rail investments that will improve commuter and intercity services, add needed resiliency and, in its later stages, create new capacity between Newark, New Jersey and New York City, the busiest section of the Northeast Corridor (NEC). The first phase of the Gateway Program includes the Hudson Tunnel Project (HTP), which includes the construction of a new two-track tunnel under the Hudson River connecting to Penn Station New York as well as the full rehabilitation of the existing 110-year-old North River Tunnel. The Gateway Development Commission (GDC), established through bi-state legislation, is responsible for the financing and development of the Hudson Tunnel Project. As a tri-venture partner with Parsons, Arcadis, and Mace (MPA) is the Delivery Partners (DP)to provide advice, leadership, and support to GDC for the development and implementation of HTP. This is a master service with task order contracts for a 15-year contract encompassing a broad range of strategic advisory services, project management, design management, construction management, stakeholder coordination, federal compliance, operations support, office administration, and related services. What You'll Be Doing: + Implement and maintain the PDA Tracking Program. + Implement and maintain procedures and policies related to PDA requirements (excluding Federally-Required Plans). + Lead/manage the development of SPCC Monthly Meetings, including the scheduling/noticing of meetings, agenda development, presentation development, and distribution of meeting minutes. + Lead/manage the development of TSC Monthly Meetings in coordination with CTO Office, including the scheduling/noticing of meetings, agenda development, presentation development, and distribution of meeting materials. + Maintain the SPCC and TSC Team Sites and Rosters. What Required Skills You'll Bring: + Bachelor's Degree and 5 + years of related experience working on major infrastructure projects. Must be detail-oriented. + Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Access Database. + Assignments will require a working knowledge of electronic document management systems. + Good written and oral communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, as well as a demonstrated ability to interact effectively with project personnel and management.
