We are looking to bring on multiple PMs within our office to help with our strong pipeline. With the backlog we have, we need Project Managers that have experience within the federal/government markets.

Job Details:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Permanent Project Coordinator for our Federal/Government projects in the Construction industry. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile projects that significantly impact our communities. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project coordination, with a particular focus on federal and government contracts. This role will primarily involve coordinating project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures, organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings, and ensuring that project deadlines are met in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information.
2. Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes and deadlines.
3. Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
4. Ensure clients' needs are met and all projects are delivered on time ensuring quality standards are met.
5. Coordinate with the project manager and other team members to keep all aspects of the projects on schedule.
6. Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
7. Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
8. Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
9. Use tools to monitor working hours, plans, and expenditures.
10. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
11. Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
2. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in project coordination, particularly within the construction industry.
3. Extensive experience with federal/government projects.
4. Proven experience in project management coordination or similar role.
5. Experience in project management, from conception to delivery.
6. Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
7. Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
8. Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control.
9. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner.
10. Hands-on experience with project management tools.
11. PMP / PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
12. Strong proposal experience is a must.
13. Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
14. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
15. Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
16. Ability to work on tight deadlines.
