Job DescriptionAbout the role:
The Project Coordinator is a key contributor to the Hematology team within the Patient Value & Access (PVA) function of the Oncology Business Unit. This role supports team operations, drives project coordination, and ensures the smooth execution of cross-functional initiatives that advance Takeda's mission in oncology.
How You Will Contribute:
Provide administrative and project support to the Hematology PVA team, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and preparation of key materials.
Maintain and monitor a cross-portfolio work plan, ensuring alignment of deliverables, identifying overlaps and gaps, and tracking progress across multiple assets.
Support execution of strategic initiatives such as PICO survey planning, evidence generation workshops, advisory boards, and internal assessments.
Assist with budget tracking and reconciliation across multiple P&Ls, ensuring accurate oversight and timely follow-up.
Track action items, maintain accountability, and support follow-through across team priorities.
Manage team logistics, including meeting scheduling, resource coordination, and document organization.
Handle multiple tasks with precision and independence in a fast-paced environment.
Accurately manage data and documentation within digital systems while ensuring confidentiality.
Contribute to effective communication across the team and with cross-functional stakeholders, including the preparation of presentations and written materials.
Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to ensure timely execution of responsibilities.
Serve as a reliable team resource, helping onboard and guide new colleagues when needed.
Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree Preferred
2+ years of experience coordinating projects and supporting cross-functional teams, preferably in a healthcare or pharmaceutical environment.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently and efficiently.
Proficient in digital tools and systems for scheduling, tracking, and documentation.
Familiarity with budget tracking, invoice processing, and financial reconciliation.
Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
Comfortable developing presentations and supporting communication efforts.
Demonstrated professionalism and alignment with company values.

$28.27 - $44.42
The estimated hourly wage range reflects an anticipated range for this position. U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term incentives.
