Description
Delegate job assignments and coordinate workflow among project team members
Support human resource functions and general office duties
Manage licensing, permitting, and close-out of permits
Oversee subcontractor documentation including subcontracts, lien waivers, warranties, and insurance
Prepare AIA contracts and handle AIA billing processes
Input and manage data related to budgets and billing
Utilize Procore project management software (preferred)
Work with Microsoft Office Suite for daily tasks and documentation
Profile
Has prior experience in a project coordination or similar administrative role in the construction industry
Is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of juggling multiple priorities
Has working knowledge of permitting processes, subcontractor documentation, and billing procedures
Brings familiarity with AIA contracts and billing formats
Experience with Procore and proficiency in Microsoft Office is strongly preferred
Demonstrates strong communication and problem-solving skills
Job Offer
Competitive base salary between $60,000 and $75,000 depending on experience
