Position Summary: As a Project Coordination Specialist, you will play a vital role within the Store Projects team, ensuring that all project timelines, milestones, and tasks for new and existing stores are met seamlessly. You will provide essential support to the Store Development Manager and Leasing Specialist throughout the planning and execution of various store projects.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Communicate with field management teams and vendors to support operational store functions.
- Assist in executing all Store Development projects efficiently.
- Coordinate project processes, including timelines and communication, ensuring timely completion.
- Track tasks and milestones for store development projects, ensuring clear communication across teams.
- Ensure timely dissemination of project-related information using company project management software.
- Develop and maintain relationships with strategic vendors, ensuring contracts and documentation are well-managed.
- Collaborate with Store Planners to complete assigned tasks in an organized manner.
- Perform administrative tasks related to Lease Data and project processes.
- Participate in other duties as directed by your supervisor.
Experience and Minimum Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years in project management, real estate, or facility maintenance.
- Strong multitasking ability with adeptness in prioritizing tasks.
- Eager to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Self-driven with accountability in achieving goals.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on efficient task completion.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate information critically.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, or Certifications: - Experience with project management software is a plus.
Work Environment: This role operates in a normal office environment, with no travel requirements. Occasional overtime may be requested depending on business needs.
