Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person.
- Managing and maintaining office supplies and inventory.
- Assisting with scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Filing, organizing, and maintaining office documents and legal records.
- Preparing and processing basic correspondence and legal paperwork.
- Assisting with billing and client invoicing tasks.
- Providing general administrative support to attorneys and other staff members.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate's degree or relevant coursework is a plus).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
