A dynamic and design-led architectural practice in Central London is seeking a talented Project Architect to join its collaborative team. With a diverse portfolio spanning residential, commercial, hospitality and mixed-use sectors, this studio offers an exciting opportunity to take ownership of projects across all RIBA stages in a supportive and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage projects from concept through to completion
- Oversee design development, planning submissions and technical delivery
- Coordinate with consultants and contractors throughout the project lifecycle
- Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and reports
- Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and planning policy
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a positive studio culture
Requirements:
- ARB-registered architect with demonstrable UK project experience
- Strong design and technical abilities across all RIBA stages
- Proficient in Vectorworks and ArchiCAD (essential)
- In-depth knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
- Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills
- A proactive, hands-on approach and a collaborative mindset
