We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Permanent Project Architect to join our dynamic team. This role is critical to our operations, as you will be responsible for leading and managing a wide range of construction projects from concept to completion. Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Project Architect, your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

1. Leading and managing all phases of a project from conception to completion, including designing, planning, and overseeing construction.
2. Developing project objectives, specifications, and resource needs by reviewing project proposals and plans.
3. Coordinating with various teams and stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and other architects to ensure project success.
4. Preparing and presenting design proposals to clients.
5. Ensuring project documentation is accurate, updated, and compliant with industry standards and regulations.
6. Managing project schedules and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within cost constraints.
7. Resolving any issues or problems that arise during the construction process.
8. Performing risk management to minimize project risks.
9. Regularly reporting project status to senior management.
10. Staying updated with industry trends, advancements, and best practices.

Qualifications:

To be considered for the Permanent Project Architect role, you must have:

1. A bachelor's or master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on architectural design and project management.
3. Proven experience in managing all phases of construction projects from inception to completion.
4. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, regulations, and industry trends.
5. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
6. Proficiency in using architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and others.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
8. Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve issues promptly and effectively.
9. Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
10. A valid license as a registered architect.
