HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A PROJECT ARCHITECT


  • Design Awesome Buildings: Create stunning and detailed construction drawings that bring visions to life.
  • Collaborate & Create: Team up on innovative building designs and manage the production of top-notch construction documents, all while adhering to local and national codes.
  • Visionary Planning: Work closely with clients and the construction team to craft functional, economical designs that hit the mark. Engage with Project Managers and clients to capture their needs and expectations, ensuring the final design is not only beautiful but also safe and functional.
  • Precision Drawing: Efficiently produce construction documents and specifications essential for estimating, approvals, and construction.
  • Code Master: Review documents meticulously to ensure they meet all applicable codes and industry standards.
  • Team Synergy: Ensure the client's vision, goals, and objectives are crystal clear to all team members and consultants.
  • Presentation Pro: Shine in client and municipality presentations to secure necessary approvals and keep projects moving forward.
  • Seamless Coordination: Lead the project team to ensure a smooth architectural design process from start to finish.
  • Consultant Manager: Oversee third-party consultants, managing their timelines and quality control with finesse.
  • Field Inspector: Conduct field inspections ensuring everything is on point.

HERE'S WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR


  • Architectural Degree: Bachelor's in Architecture required; a Master's degree is a bonus.
  • Experience: 5+ years in commercial and industrial projects. Got experience with Food/Dairy Production Facilities? Even better.
  • Licensing: Must be a Licensed Architect in Wisconsin. Additional state licenses? That's a plus.
  • Tech Savvy: 5 years of expertise with Autodesk Revit. Proficiency in 3D graphics software is a major plus.
  • Creative Problem Solver: Show off your creativity in tackling architectural challenges while keeping projects on time and within budget.
  • Presentation Pro: Confidently lead meetings with clients and municipalities.
  • Communication: Strong written, verbal, and graphic communication skills are a must.
  • Green Credentials: LEED Accredited Professional? That's a plus.
