Key Responsibilities
- Lead creative design for bespoke residential projects with strong architectural narratives
- Manage all RIBA stages from initial brief to on-site completion
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients, providing clear and empathetic guidance
- Coordinate consultants and contractors to ensure smooth, high-quality delivery
- Champion design quality, sustainability, and attention to detail
- Contribute to team development and design culture
Ideal Candidate
- Fully qualified Architect with substantial years post-Part III experience, ideally in the high-end residential sector
- Strong portfolio showcasing design talent, spatial awareness, and detailing skill
- Experienced in delivering one-off homes and leading projects independently
- Personable communicator with the ability to guide and inspire clients
- Skilled in 3D CAD and confident in sketching design ideas
- In-depth knowledge of UK planning policy, building regulations, and construction processes
- Calm, collaborative, and committed to providing an exceptional client experience
