Schedule: Monday-Friday 1st Shift Flexible start between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Type of Contract: Temporary (through 12/31/2025)
Pay Rate: $39.30-$49.20/hour

Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project and Program Planning Specialist to join a dynamic and cross-functional team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing projects from initiation through completion-ensuring deliverables meet scope, time, and quality expectations. Your expertise will support project lifecycle activities such as planning, scheduling, analysis, documentation, and post-project evaluation.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Develop and manage detailed project plans and programs across multiple departments.
Coordinate the integration of schedules, resources, metrics, and change activity.
Analyze trends, assess risks, and develop mitigation plans to support product and process improvements.
Communicate updates regularly with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Facilitate change management processes and document best practices.
Support continuous improvement and post-project closeout activities, including lessons learned documentation.
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives and deadlines are met.
Provide ongoing status reporting, tracking performance variances, and updating scheduling tools.
Maintain project documentation, status dashboards, and change logs.
Support the development of integrated program plans in line with industry-standard project management methodologies.
Assist in planning transitions to operational support teams and conduct recovery planning as needed.
Requirements:

U.S. Citizenship or permanent residency is required due to export compliance regulations.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field is strongly preferred.
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in project planning, program coordination, or related field within a structured environment.
Must be onsite full-time in Hialeah, FL; remote work is not permitted.
Previous experience in project planning or program coordination within a structured environment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in project management methodologies, scheduling tools, and reporting systems.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Flexible availability for occasional overtime as needed.
Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple departments.
Previous experience in the aerospace industry/fasteners, preferred
Preferred Skills:

SAP system experience.
Background in documentation control and version management.
Experience with customer service or stakeholder engagement in a technical environment.
Additional Notes:

This role is not considered safety-sensitive and does not require a security clearance.
Travel may be required at a later date but is currently not confirmed.
