Double L Construction is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team. This multifaceted role involves responsibilities in bookkeeping, scheduling roofing and other construction projects, and supporting sales leads to ensure they reach the appropriate salesmen.


Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the company

- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions

- Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements

- Coordinate and schedule roofing and construction projects, working closely with project managers, subcontractors, and clients

- Manage and track sales leads, ensuring they are directed to the correct salesmen for follow-up

- Prepare documentation and reports related to both financial and project scheduling activities

- Provide administrative support to the team to facilitate communication and maintain project timelines

- Support the team with various tasks, including data entry, invoicing, and payroll processing

- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including phone calls, emails, and mail


Qualifications

- Experience in an administrative, bookkeeping, or scheduling role, preferably in the construction industry

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong organizational and time management abilities

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Knowledge of construction terminology and processes a plus
