General Description

This position reports to the Program Manager to coordinate activities and support project staff for the implementation of SRAE Love Notes, an evidence based sexual risk avoidance (SRA) program. This is a part time position with flexible scheduling. While specific shifts are not predetermined, candidates should be available to work a variety of hours based on business needs.

About You

Should be a strategic thinker that has an organization-wide perspective of the work they are responsible for and how that contributes to program goals. Self-starter with a passion for community and serving others. Should be able to multi-task, be detail-oriented, be organized, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate degree in business/statistic related field or 3+ years of experience working and moderating youth programs, and projects with different community-based and/or faith-based organizations.
  • Must be able to communicate professionally, possess the ability of interpersonal relations and work Independently.
  • Advance knowledge of MS Office Suite.
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish).
  • Ability to use social media platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Teen Pregnancy Prevention Programing.
  • Bachelor's degree in organizational management/business administration/public administration and or a minimum of 4 years' experience of position responsibilities and qualifications stated above.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Assist US Project Management team staff.
  • Coordinate local team meetings.
  • Conducts cross training and supports cohort implementation as needed.
  • Recognize and solve potential problems and evaluate project/program effectiveness.
  • Managing and monitoring evaluation process and compliance for all partner forms.
  • Administer pre/post surveys for all program participants.
  • Assisting with program site visits.
  • Trouble shooting and additional policy and procedure training when necessary.
  • Collect applications, youth assent, parent consent form.
  • Review for compliance and accuracy and troubleshoot when necessary.
  • Ensuring compliance for partner invoices and class forms.
  • Scanning & mailing partner invoices & class forms to program manager.
  • Tracking the number of program participants that completed.
  • Partner Calendar/Class Schedule Database: Collect class schedules and keep US team updated on the ongoing classes.
  • Support reporting to ACF.
  • Ensure and monitor the completion of each partner's goals.
  • Deliver supplies and materials to implementation sites (Ability to carry up to 30 pounds).
  • Conduct regular inventory of supplies/organize and maintain storage facility.
