Project Administrators are professionals who assist in the preparation, reporting and analysis of projects under the direction of a Project Manager. PA's must have a general understanding of the construction business and the general scope of Project Management.
Responsibilities:
- Generate project reports for the project manager
- Print project plans and upload to system
- Submit payment draws to General Contractor
- Track and manage Change Orders
- Update and monitor project dashboard
- Process subcontractor draws for payment
- Facilitate team meetings for the project manager and supervisors
- Act as liaison between supervisor and PM's in relation to administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- In depth understanding of Microsoft Suite
- Good communication skills
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- QuickBooks knowledge preferred
