What You'll Do

As a Project Administrator, you'll provide day to day administrative and operational support for Project Teams, Accounting and Procurement. Responsible for purchase order maintenance, and invoice/cost reconciliation with operational, accounting and risk teams.
  • Communicate with Project Personnel and help manage information deadline accountability
  • Document Control -maintain electronic files with all project documents, ensuring their storage in the proper locations.
  • Collaborate closely with project personnel, cross-functional departments, and team members to validate vendor setup accuracy, rectify discrepancies, and resolve errors.
  • Assist project managers with invoice approvals.
  • Partner with Accounting department for invoice submittal.
  • Manage Project Coordinator's Certify approval deadlines
What You Bring to the Table
  • HS Diploma or GED required
  • 1 year of administrative experience for service company or industry.
  • Basic Excel experience including data entry and reporting required.
  • SharePoint experience preferred
  • Microsoft Teams exposure preferred
