Position Overview

KE&G Construction, Inc., a 100% employee-owned company, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Administrator to Construct their Legacy in Sierra Vista, Arizona. The Construction Project Administrator will support the project management team in the planning, coordination, and execution of commercial construction projects. This role involves managing documentation, scheduling, budgeting, and communication to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.

What You'll Be Doing:
  1. Client Relationship Management:
    • Maintain and nurture client relationships from project initiation to completion.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
  2. Project Coordination:
    • Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other team members to meet project goals.
    • Coordinate and schedule meetings, site visits, and presentations.
  3. Documentation and Record Keeping:
    • Maintain detailed records of project activities, client interactions, and changes.
    • Use CRM systems to track project progress and client communications.
  4. Budget and Cost Management:
    • Monitor project budgets and expenditures.
    • Ensure all costs are tracked and reported accurately.
  5. Compliance and Quality Assurance:
    • Ensure all project activities comply with relevant regulations and standards.
    • Conduct quality checks and ensure project deliverables meet client expectations.
  6. Communication:
    • Facilitate clear and consistent communication among all project stakeholders.
    • Prepare and distribute project reports and updates.
  7. Problem-Solving:
    • Identify and resolve issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
    • Implement solutions that align with client goals and company protocols.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in project administration or a similar role in the construction industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of construction processes and regulations.
Physical Demands & Work Environment
  • Regularly required to sit, use hands, talk/hear, and operate computers
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and navigate active construction sites
  • Work both in office and field environments; outdoors in varied weather conditions
  • Exposure to dust, machinery, noise, uneven terrain, and site-related conditions
  • Occasional extended hours may be necessary to meet project deadlines
