About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Administrator to join our Asset Management team. In this role, you will provide critical support to the Director and project managers by ensuring seamless coordination of work orders, managing payroll, and acting as the primary point of contact for the department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with administrative experience in project management, vendor support, or a similar role.



Key Responsibilities

  • Process and delegate incoming maintenance work orders to the appropriate project manager.
  • Track project progress, ensuring work is completed and submitted to finance for payment processing.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Asset Management department, handling calls and inquiries on behalf of project managers.
  • Support the Director with administrative tasks and department coordination.
  • Manage payroll for five project managers.
  • Maintain and organize project-related data using Excel and spreadsheets.
  • Utilize Yardi software for project tracking and management (preferred but not required).


Qualifications

  • Experience supporting project managers or working with vendor coordination.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic spreadsheet functions required).
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Experience with Yardi is a plus but not required.
