SUMMARY:
The Project Administrator manages and distributes project documents and supports all project staff.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Perform administrative tasks: filing, logging correspondence, processing documents, and scheduling.
- Oversee documentation, compliance reporting, and filing systems.
- Assist with reports, presentations, procedures, and project manuals.
- Track RFIs, submittals, and change orders; handle project documentation.
- Input project data and work with the Construction Management Team on monthly reports.
- Archive records and maintain document integrity.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Associate's degree in Business Management or related field.
- At least 1 year of document control experience, preferably in construction.
- Equivalent education, training, or relevant experience considered.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Strong computer, filing, and 10-key skills.
- Attention to detail and analytical abilities.
- Discreet and skilled in handling confidential matters.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; Oracle preferred.
- Ability to manage tasks, adapt to priorities, and communicate effectively.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and a team player.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Indoor work environment with occasional lifting up to 35 lbs.
- Generally low to medium noise level; involves sitting, standing, walking, and typing.
