About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Project Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and processing all billing-related tasks and coordination of job completion for our construction company. Your primary goal will be to ensure timely and accurate billing and coordination, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of experience in billing or accounting.
  • 1+ years of experience with 811 Call Before You Dig and dig tickets preparation
  • 1+ years of experience with Traffic Control and Barricade set up
  • 1+ years of experience with Project Coordination
  • 1+ years of experience with City and County Permits and Inspections
  • 2+ years of experience in office setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the construction industry.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks.
  • Experience with project coordination.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Spanish.
  • Experience with Work Force, Site Tracker, and Teams.
Responsibilities:
  • Process and manage all billing-related tasks, including invoicing, and collections.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely billing.
  • Maintain accurate records of all billing-related activities.
  • Resolve any billing discrepancies or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal stakeholders.
Skills:

As a Project Administrator, you will utilize your strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage and process all billing-related tasks. You will also use your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is required to effectively manage and maintain accurate records of all billing-related activities. Familiarity with QuickBooks, as well as the ability to analyze and interpret financial data, will be beneficial in this role. Additionally, experience in the construction industry and project coordination will be valuable assets to the team.
