What does Brice Equipment LLC do? Brice Equipment provides arctic-grade equipment and support services to the oil and gas, and construction industries on the North Slope, Cook Inlet and throughout Alaska. Brice Equipment currently hosts a fleet of more than 400 pieces of equipment, ranging from heavy construction machinery to mobile support equipment.
What can you expect? As the Project Administrator, you will work onsite in Fairbanks, AK and will be responsible for general project administrative work, assisting with invoice coordination, business expense processing, and providing support to the administration and management staff while always cultivating and maintaining positive business relationships.
How will you do it? - Responsible for the preparation and processing of all expense reports, per diems, reimbursements & personal mileage reports.
- Assist with input and coding of all credit card transactions for the program managers.
- Assist with the routing and flow of all invoices in the electrical and mechanical programs for Brice Equipment.
- Assist with maintaining the organization of various files, and project documents.
- Assist with creation and receipt of purchase orders in Spectrum for Brice Equipment vendors.
- Responsible for reconciling vendor statements and expense statements.
- Assist with tracking contracts and subcontracts with the administration team.
- Assist in general office duties including making copies, scanning documents, and mailing.
- Assist with compiling submittal materials and submission for approval.
- Work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

- Ability to safely and efficiently operate a motor vehicle.
- Ability to work in a Native Corporation multi-business environment.
Who is Brice Equipment LLC looking for? Minimum Qualifications: - High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid state driver's license and qualified to operate a vehicle under the conditions of the Brice Equipment's Driving Policy.
- Ability to pass a drug, driving, and background screening.
Preferred Qualifications: - Previous office administration experience preferred.
- Administration construction and marine experience preferred.
Working Environment: The work environmental characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Brice Equipment has a fast-paced multi-tasking office environment requiring a high degree of efficient and effective performance. At times, work is performed outside of the office at indoor and outdoor job sites. Adaptability regarding schedule and design changes and occasional overtime for immediate field support or bid processing may be necessary.
