The Project Administrator for Test and Rollouts takes a positive approach to the work and enjoys learning and contributing new ideas and solutions. Building strong team relationships and managing team expectations is a key ability. Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks and deadlines are essential for success in this role.
All candidates must live in the Atlanta, GA area.
SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for senior level administration tasks to support the direction and strategy of the team.
Assist in tracking team budgets as required, including reporting and analysis of various categories.
Manage work orders, Operator reimbursements, process and code invoices for Test and Rollouts, and assist with vendor inquiries.
Provide data and ad hoc reports to staff as needed for programs and projects.
Provide support by being a subject-matter expert on knowledge of project coding work.
Able to work in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.
Other duties as assigned.
SKILLS, EDUCATION, AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelors degree in general business, management, finance, or liberal arts.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel).
Ability to quickly learn a new platform (e.g. Oracle Business Objects).
Ability to maintain a friendly, helpful attitude, and thrive in a team environment.
Highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on task completion.
Ability to coordinate project-related tasks.
Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Experience in data analysis, finance, purchasing, and/or accounts payable.
Proactive in taking initiative to resolve issues and meet needs without supervision.
Excellent time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to remain focused and self-motivated in a remote work environment.
