We are seeking a reliable individual for a position as a Project Administrative Assistant - Wilton and Niskayuna, New York to join a dedicated and hard-working team. TheProject Administrative Assistant provides essential administrative and clericalsupport to ensure the efficient operation of the project team. This roleinvolves a variety of tasks, including managing schedules, handlingcommunications, organizing files, preparing documents, and assisting withvarious administrative tasks. Theright candidate will become part of a team that provides exceptional service andwill continue to make a positive impact on the industry.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Provide secretarial and administrative support.

• Answer direct phone calls.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.

• General clerical duties including filing, photocopying and department mail distribution.

Required Skills:

• Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain accurate records.

• Excellent communication skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to identify and resolve issues proactively.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.

• 2+ years of experience in an administrative support role

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software

• Strong computer and technical writing abilities.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.

• Ability to adapt quickly to changes in work strategy and able to multitask.

• Proven ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and within stated deadlines.

• Have great attention to detail.

• Maintain a high level of confidentiality.

• Construction industry experience is preferred but not required.

• CANDIDATE MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN WITH NO DUAL CITIZENSHIP.

Compensation:Competitive wage commensurate with experience. Excellent benefit package including company paid health, dental and vision insurance with a company-funded retirement plan.

Salary Range $21.00-$25.00/hour

Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as related work experience, market conditions, education/training, certifications and other credentials, overtime when applicable, as well as applicable knowledge and skills.
